Welcome to Vector's LAN Party!

PDXLAN has grown beyond whatever anyone ever thought it would. When it was created in 2002 I was a very active member in the LAN Community. Going to Slayfest (Tips hat to Wildcard), LAN-i-AM (Tips hat to Viper/Lorax), hanging out with [fp] (Tips hat to Payback, MauFait), or even attending LAN Parties at George Fox University.

I really wanted a true "Garage LAN" ~ quite literally JUST gaming, and just friends. Last fall we created that together with the first VectorLAN and nearly 200 people that came not for prizes, not for contests, but just for the love of Lanning.

VectorLAN is truly just a time to relax with your friends and game. No frills, no schedule.

We've done some negotiations with the Hotel to make sure we include a small pitcher of beer + a well drink for each attendee. You can trade those vouchers with others, or give them to your spouse if you don't need them.

The last few VectorLAN's we have had the "bonus" of being next to a Mariachi band, or Adult Friend Finders. What will Vector LAN 3 hold in store? - For Vector LAN 3, we will occupy the front of the room, and hopefully have no added music, or "friends". <3
