Breaking these rules may result in a forum ban by the web site admin's (Vector, Payback, Spork)

- No Profanity
- No Sexual perversions of what another member has said.
- No racist or inciting religious words
- No Moving avatars
- Avatars must be of a PG13 nature and not offensive to others
- No Porn Links
- Any link you post that is questionable in nature should have a [NSFW] in the title (Not safe for work)
- No discussions about how to hack programs, or download illegal material
- Respect one another, Even yourself. We are a community - treat each other as such.
- Listen to the Administrators
- Moderators are the Ambassadors for the Administrators - Treat them with respect.
- Please do not post pictures or avatars in your Signature. We do this to keep our forum clutter free.
- Please do not post pictures in our forums that are larger than our theme. You should use THUMBNAILS whenever possible.
- Last of all - HAVE FUN!

Marketplace Rules

Treads that do not confine to these rules may be deleted by moderators without warning:
- You must use appropriate titles in your threads. Your topic should be descriptive
- You may post Items won from a LAN Party as long as you follow this criteria:
--- 1. You attempt to trade for an item you want either before you post, or in your post.
--- 2. You don't expect people to pay more than 75% retail.
--- 3. You explain why you need to sell it. (ie: not compatible, have better, etc)
- You must post a price. This is not ebay.
- You may bump your thread after 72 hours of no-one else posting. Violator threads will be locked.
- Please consolidate everything you are selling to one thread.
- Only post if you are looking into buying the item, or are seriously interested.
- Do not post anything not related to the thread.
- No linkage to sales on EBAY or other auction boards.
- No sales of COUPONS or any other freely distributed items.
- No Dealers or Vendors allowed. If you are a company, consider sponsoring PDXLAN.
- Please make an attempt to keep your thread updated...and let a moderator know when it may be locked.
- Don't post a for sale unless your ready and willing to sell.
- Don't say your buying something unless your ready and able to pay.
- No THREAD CRAPPING. If you have an issue with the price, contact the seller directly, do not post it in the thread.

PDXLAN Thread Crapping Policy

- ANY posts within a thread that have nothing to do with the INITIAL POSTERS THREAD.
When someone posts about a specific question - they want the ANSWER to that question only. Basically - if you can't assist the post in a positive way - please do not post.
This also applies to posts in the 'For Sale' forums. No thread crapping. Ex.: Do not go to a seller's thread and say that the items price is too high. The price is up to the seller, and should a buyer be willing to pay the suggested figure - that is their business. If the buyer is aware - they will research the items and pay accordingly.
Thread crapping will not be tolerated and offenders may or may not be banned from 'Buy, Sell, and Trade' forums ~ at the decision of the Moderators/Admins.

Moderator Disputes

If you disagree with a moderators assessment of the situation, please send a PM to Vector, Payback, or Spork. Please note that it would be unusual for the Admins to not agree with the Moderator so this should only be used as a last resort.
