Looks really great man. Was fun to talk to you and watch you build. You get to see me pick up the tubing towards the beginning of the video Smile. Thanks for your support to the pdxlan community.

Thanks for coming and checking out the build. And I'm glad I had the chance to do this build. Until next time. Smile

Thanks for coming out and doing the demo. I saw quite a few people over there checking it out. I forget that there are still people that love to game but have no idea how pc's work.

What did you think of the lan in general? There's not much that compares to the size of it and I remember the first time I came, I could not believe my eyes.

Were you surprised by how many people really know their stuff? This is a mecca of amazing people all in one place. I'm pretty sure if we all put our heads together we could solve the world's problems before the final raffle. Razz

I Agee it's big. I had fun. And all seemed pretty cool. But not many sponsors got mic time??? I don't think that was a good thing I always like to hear what the sponsors like to say or their sales pitch. Smile

Either way, someone asked how you liked the event - and you gave this? Let me help you out:

1. The most intelligent users per capita of any LAN Party with regard to PC Building.
2. The most friendly LAN Community you will see anywhere. So much so that they put others before themselves.
3. The best Computer Mods of ANY event per capita.
4. Attendees that are loyal to sponsors that are real and down to earth.
5. The most prizes per capita of any LAN event in the world.
6. Over 26 fun contests
7. 4 tournaments to compete in
8. Everyone got 2-3 free t-shirts
9. Everyone got free dinner one night from buffalo wild wings
10. An event with awesome people who are your friends beyond the LAN itself.

....These are a few things you could have said... but the mic is what came to your mind...

Strange how we can do 40+ events and never have the problem, and all of a sudden we do... says more about people not understanding the event than the event not understanding its sponsors. That's my POV. You may like their sales pitch, but hearing from 25 sponsors who just want "1 minute" means there is an announcement every 2 minutes... attendees don't generally like that... they want to *gulp* game...

Very true Vector. There were a lot cool and different contests at this event. And a lot of cool mods and I am glad I got to participate in picking a mod winner. I had a lot of fun and I am sure I would have had a lot more fun if I was just there to game. Until next time ....
