BF3: PDXLAN Community server

UPDATE (from BizSAR):
The server was not renewed due to the lack of participation. If we want to gather up another group to help pay for another one, feel free to post here.

Hey all - I just wanted to let you know that PDXLAN has a BF3 server up. We will be giving reserved slots to people who donate at least $10.00 through the front page Donation button. In addition, if you are interested in helping to administrate the server, please PM me.

We are looking at starting more servers through EOR if the donations come in. I've paid for the BF3 server for 1 year up front, as we accumulate donations, we will put up more servers of different variety.

Current VIP's (These people will kick the lowest scoring non-vip out if server full)

Any chance of getting this server up to 64 slots?? I personally only play large conquest on 64 slot servers. Could I donate toward the bump perhaps?

64 person servers have issue with netcode. I hope it stays 32.

I like 32's more - less buggy, and I personally would rather see a second server added or MW3 server.

40 or 48?

I consider 40 - 48 sweet spot. They are not popular though.

The server was full when I posted that and was in 3rd
In Que, waited like 20 minutes, the server was poppin!, no big deal, just wondering if I got cut for some weird reason

VIP list members:

Please make sure your soldier name is spelled correctly in the list in the OP. Remember it is case-sensitive as well! Let us know if there are any discrepancies.

Well folks, as they say: all good things must come to an end.

The server payment is due, but we just don't see folks using the server anymore.

If you want to play with your PDXLAN friends going forward, join us on the Mumble server and we'll hop in a pub somewhere.

It's been fun playing with you all on the server. Personally, I'm going to miss it. Crying or Very sad
