Oh hey yeah! Are you showing off new flashlights and stuff and are you going to be selling them? If so I would be interested in picking one up.

Got the LED lights, fans and H100 all installed.

I found one issue with the Corsair H100 and that is if it gets air bubbles in the pump it is a major pain trying to get them out. It causes the pump to have a clicking sound like the impeller is out of balance. I spent over an hour shaking and taping the pump until it sounded smooth and quite. With the five fans and ASUS UI to control them this thing purrs like a kitten.

I took the main molex out and fixed the heat shrink. It looks much much better now.

Using cardboard to make a template for the cover in the bottom of the case. I think I may just keep the HDD drive bay after all.

Another closer look at the fixed sleeving/heatshrink

I also sleeved a few other cables and did a bit of wire management. Added an LED strip to the front which I didn't get a shot of.

List of to do's:
1. Get the side panel cut and window mounted
2. Make the cover for the bottom
3. Paint the slot guard's and drive tray's
4. finalize with logo on front

Took a closer look at my acrylic I ordered and noticed that UPS decided to throw it on its edge sending a crack through both acrylic pieces I ordered and there is box damage, sigh. At least it didn't ruin what I need it for, just not happy about it.

Some more parts done. I have to fill, sand and paint later on in the week when I have a chance to get to Home Depot.

Power button mount in place, just need to clean it up and paint.

Side panel is all marked out and ready for cutting.

Finally got my Plastifix in. Word of advice, use this stuff in a well ventilated room, wow it's strong.

This stuff is super strong and works like a charm. Ever have some small plastic thing break, this will fix it. You can even make parts out of it. It's definitely worth the cost.

This is after sanding down all the edges to be as square as I can get it.

After applying the plastifix. Now all I have to do is give it a couple hours to cure completely. It says you can sand after 15 minutes and I have, but I want to make sure. I also got the inside edge. This thing isn't going anywhere. The acrylic will break first before this bond.

After sanding I will then tape it off and paint with a gloss black.

Thanks for the tip on the Plastifix. I'll be getting some of that. Looking nice by the way.

Got it sanded down. Very pleased with the results. Had to fill in some small missed spots. Will update with more photos later.

...and after a bit of sanding I found a couple small spots that needed to be filled back in. I wet sanded it smooth and applied a single coat of paint. I didn't get a pic before I painted though...oops. I'll get one after I wet sand that.

Side panel cut thanks to DarthBeavis. Got the window installed and it looks great.

Now if only could get the top of the front panel to take paint right. May have to make a trip to Tammy Hobbies tomorrow and pick up some proper paint for plastic.

Anyone know of a really good way to get a small hairline scratch out of a clear acrylic window? It's almost right in the center of the window.

Tomorrow I will start cutting the cover for the PSU and cables. Still not sure about keeping or removing the bottom drive cage.
