What you eat, and how much you eat is a conscious choice you make. With that said, remember, it's a LAN. You're SUPPOSED to get sick on crappy food and overdose on caffeine.

Everything in moderation... I try only to have pizza once during a LAN, and try to keep meals nice and light since I don't move a whole lot during those days... Try to avoid anything that will make you sleepy, like stuff that has a lot of bread or other carby things.
