Dedicated Server Box

My group of four was hoping to bring a 5th box. It would serve one purpose. Host dedicated server software that runs 24/7 with us posting to try and include as many LANers as possible. Is this allowed? Is there a special place to put servers? Can we just use space in our 4 seat block to put this thing up?

Natural Selection, Richochet, CS 1.6 Super Hero Mod, CoD4, TF2 - These are the games I am currently prepping for this project. Anything I can host will be added providing I can get it running smoothly prior to the LAN. Suggestions are accepted via PM only.

This post is hopefully going to stay on topic and then get locked once all the logistical questions get answered.
