My favorite mod still, way back for PDXLAN 3 Ramrod and I heavily modded out our Shuttles.

SN45G w/ Stock 200watt PSU
Barton Mobile 2500+ OCed to 2.5GHz (from 1.6GHz stock IIRC)
Full-Internal WCing of CPU with a bayres
BFG 6800GT OC
SB Audigy 2
2HDD for a total of 400GB
Chameleon Paint Job
Custom windows

Ramrod's shuttle was insane. He clean-modded it and it looked EMPTY like it shouldn't even be able to run. I'll tell him to post some pics.

Zlog i really like your shuttle dude. I remember seeing it a while ago and have wanted that thing for a while. I had a water cooled shuttle for a while but it wasnt that great and as clean as yours. Nice work.

I'm not done with it yet, but here is an internal shot of my case. Same equipment as PDXLAN 9, but with a new watercooling upgrades...

I have some small aluminum mesh to place around the HDDs and to use as fan grills on the rad. Smile

For a minute, I thought about using the DD HDD block. Then I though....their friggin HDDs and need no more than air circulation. Besides....I've been sadly out of work and I had to use what I had sitting around. Ya know, its tough building a decent looking mod with little to no money. Sad

Next up is using some styrene I have sitting around and mod some side panels that have some unique grills for the radiator. I also plan to use some nickle plated hobby mesh to accent some areas. Smile
