That must mean the 6 just met you? Very Happy

Seriously, why would you say this? It's rude.

For the amount of volunteered time that the staff puts in, for the amount of work that they do, for nothing more than to make the event "work" so others can have a good time - I see the comments like these as downright mean and deconstructive.

Ask yourself this:

"If I was staff what would I like to hear or see?"

Being poked fun at - wouldn't be on that list, and I take offense to that. You can offer constructive feedback about what we as a whole can do better, but personalities are off limits.

I have to agree with you Vector. This will be my first visit to PDX and I am amazed at how organized you guys are. Personally I want to thank you for what you do to make it a fun experience. Hope to get to meet you all when we arrive.

Well, it was more just poking fun Vector. I'd really not make a massive flame bait cycle out of this, but...

What should people who pay for the event think when they encounter someone (staff), who is rude or doesn't pay attention to you? Granted I'm sure its dropped off some as time has went on, but still.

No hard feelins? Rolling Eyes

Are you taking my Spork jabs seriously or are you not referring to me? For the amount of crap I get from you guys I think a little back and forth in good humor should be ok. Spork and all the staff know that I like them. He does need to find himself a hot female to have around his arm at LANS tho. Maybe make a nice bling pimp web geek necklace and all.

Sporkie needs to know he is loved between LANS. Not sure who Pure might have encounted that was not nice. Never had anyone staff member who was anything less than helpful. Granted they sure look like they are sleep deprived especially towards the last day.

I'd say over 90% of the complaints about staff at PDXLAN in PDXLAN's history are from you. That does say something about you, not the staff. Frankly pure, you have sent me PM's about how you don't like the community here, you don't like the way you are treated by moderators and staff, and numerous other things you don't like. Maybe your history of flagrant remarks has made the bed you now lie in?

You've threatened to leave the forums and never come back a few times now... Maybe you should if you are that bitter. It'd be good for you, and us.

The time everyone puts in to make it all possible is awesome. I can't thank you guys ENOUGH for what you put yourselves through multiple times per year.

My constructive feedback would that we definitely need more .5 LANs so those folks and the rest of the staff can get some gaming in, and enjoy the event like us attendees do.
