Guess I'll chime up. I got one at PDXLAN12. I haven't made much use of the 3d aspects. They do look nice, and because of how they were assembled make a good LAN monitor.
If you want to see it look for the WVG guys, we usually aren't hard to miss on the alley on rows 7 and 6. |
Ahh you must have gotten one of the painted monitors then? They are very nice. Unfortunately they won't be painted this time around though. But glad you like it. My dream is a custom painted PDX monitor |
Yep, the flamed monitor. Looks great sporting the WVG url in orange on the back of it. |
AH very cool! Maybe I'll check it out

Sure thing If anyone want to check it out, feel free to stop by my seat I'll be using a cool custom painted one
I may not play in 3D 24/7, but feel free to ask to see it whenever you want. And of course, you can give it a try and I'll let you play. (Don't wreck my TF2 ranking though!!! lol.)
*Edit: Or up front

Incredible! The one prize I really really hope to win each time. I'll be by for a demo for sure.
Thanks!

Do they support 3D modeling apps? i.e. 3D Studio Max, Maya, Blender, etc?

Unfortunately not yet. We hope to add support for such applications in the future. But unfortunately the architecture does not exist in our driver to handle multiple display ports, etc. But, if the application can output a render in OpenGL Quad-Buffer, it usually can work.

Thanks Jimbo! Yea, the leg is doing pretty darn good I actually had times when I thought it wouldn't... but I kept working on it, and it's getting much improved! I think people will be surprised on how well I can walk again (I know my Doctor was )

Sounds cool enough, hopefully there will be support for the viewport (maybe just one) in the future... I know Max uses D3D DX10.

Possible in version 2.0 of our driver We'll see. It injects at a deeper level, so it may work out better I'm not in development though, so I'm not 100% sure on the details. I'm just the Web/Tech Support/ IT guy (No, technically I'm not even in marketing)

GREAT NEWS GUYS!!!
Turns out we WILL be giving away TWO custom painted iZ3D Monitors!! Not just the standard black.
This may be the last time you can even get these, so it's a huge treat (Custom Painted aren't even available on our website anymore)
I just got confirmation of this last night.
Here they are:

And Blue Skull Flames:
I'm glad we were able to make this give-away extra special again.
