I don't really like any non-game music playing while I'm trying to hear my games. I've considered not going to PDXLAN anymore because I hate being the bad guy who asks to have the music turned down so I can hear the mission critical audio in my games. Two recent LANs this was the case. Also, I don't actually like techno or rap. I even bought a new set of headphones in the hopes that that would make it easier to ignore the music. That being said, I see no reason why part of the LAN can't have some music during set hours for those who actually like outside music while gaming. Ya know, keep the LAN for everyone. You get your music and those of us who aren't fond of it get our non-music time too.

Maybe Notoes can work with Vector and crew to do the music streaming over the Ice Cast channel? That way people can still enjoy it and it won't bug those who don't wish to hear it. Win-Win

That is a good compromise. Always thinking of the Win-Win Havok. I like your style.

I too am concerned about this and was already thinking along the same lines. In the past music has caused too many complaints.

In addition to smoking cigars, we will have a Bar setup in the back as well. Yes, a bar.
