finally got off my lazy keister and got my motherboard changed out.

Removed the Gigabyte (likely dead)
installed Intel G33 (new, out of box from Erik, thank you Erik)
will test out RAM and CPUs to see what survived whatever I did to the voltages.

The top 200mm fan that smoked at power on Day 1 of PDXLAN, was properly wired and still works when connected to 12V!

I think something in the wiring for the servos was feeding something into the motherboard back through USB or something, since the batteries were disconnect at the plug physically, not just switched off in the Speedcontroller/BECs.

First stage is to get the PC up and running.
Second stage is to get the servos hooked back up on PC control-no battery.
Third stage is to get the Cannons hooked back up on the lighting board-no battery.
Fourth stage is to get the Cameras controlling the Servos.
Fifth stage is to get the Cameras controlling the Cannon Fire sequence.

But in the meantime my PC should be able to game again!

Reworked my loop to fill/drain better, huge improvement:
