choice of games at 12.5? Reply with quote
I suppose I could structure a poll to account for the 20 or so games out right now, but frankly I just want to hear what the "ole gang" is planning to play next month at the Event (CSS, I know, what else).

I just dumped XP and finally went V-32 (don't ask, no 64bit drivers for my BluRay drive, trust me on this).

Installed FFOW this morning, will move on to UT3, Steam games, etc.

I might pick up COD's latest if people are crowding to that, or Warhead, not sure yet. Grabbing one or two new games to geek on for the Event is familiar territory. Smile

i for one plan on playing tf2, cod4 and maybe some cod4 paintball

if cod5 does actually come out on Nov. 11 i'll be giving that a try and report back letting you all know if its worth a purchase or not...i'm not adding that to my play at .5 list yet because it may be crap, and it may not even be here...

i'm excited for farcry 2, but i don't know how the multiplayer will be in that one...

has anyone here tried FlatOut Ultimate Carnage yet? its been out a month now and noone seems to have been excited about it, and its $20 price tag today has be worried, but i haven't tried it yet...may end up being a hit at the lan via torrents like years past though, who knows.

COD4 paintball sounds fun, and tf2 is definite..

^^ DB, I am going to reinstall AoC as well, S3D in AoC is something to behold!

I only have 1TB to cram my games onto this time, so tryin to make sure I have 20-30 ready to rip.

yah, AoC = Age of Conan. I know DB plays on a PvP server, but I started out on PvE.

Another "AoC" becoming popular is the Source mod called Age of Chivalry, due to a thinly disguised piece of Steam marketing called "let's put it in everyone's game window so they think it's new".

Played it for the first time last night. It's pretty fun. It's all about timing.

I can pull out a few rounds of BF2, but I think I will be running COD4 most of the time.

I'm just about to install Vista 64... I also have a Blu-Ray Disc Drive. You're suddenly making me afraid. Mine's a Lite-On. What brand is yours?

Also, I plan on playing DOD:S, L4D, Trackmania, TF2, HL2:DM, CS:S, FarCry 2, COD4, UT3, and maybe some friendly Peggle--duel mode. And probably in that order of priority too. Let me know if any of you play DOD:S or HL2:DM as those games are waning in popularity, but are still some of my faves.

Thank goodness for Valve.
