I think you can do better on the tubing runs
Try some 90 degree barbs on the rad and that should help tremendously

It was recommended on the DangerDen forums to actually use a RadBox and run the tubing shorter that way. That's on my "To Do" list now.

Well, seeing as the radbax is essentially a box that has the same dimensions as a 120x38mm fan, I dont see how using one instead of the fan you have now will help.
Take a look at the pictures of my rig as I had similar problems and solved them using the 90 degree barbs

Take a look at the Swifttech MCB-120.

The RadBox just extends the radiator out, giving it room to route your tubing towards the case instead of away from it.

Or, for like 4 bucks you can buy two 90 degree fittings that replace your stock barbs and give you the same result in a much cleaner way.

90 degree fittings reduce the effectiveness of your loop bud.

agreed, I was told not to do that specifically by DD d00ders. I used to have a 90 degree bend in one of my older loops.

Well, i know that it does impact performance, however, I have not noticed any amount of degraded performance from my loop, and in putting in the 90 degree barbs, i was able to cut out about a foot of tubing making up two big half circles on the back of my case.
And looking at chips, hes got at least 2 feet of tubing that he really doesn't need hanging in the back.

...tubing length affects performance/flow as well.
I think the 90s Vs. his runs is probably a wash that equals a better looking case and he needs to buy less Tygon to replace his loop in the long run.
My 2C. Anyway, nice looking stuff all!

I see Smart coils outside tubes and some other coils inside tubes. can u tell me about the ones in the tubes? what are they made of?
I just say that is a sweet build there. I am impressed.
