Looking for: Motherboard I/O panel relocation options

Has anyone seen anything that would allow me to relocate some of the connections on my back IO panel to the front of my case? For example, my Razer headphones have four 3.5mm jacks and a USB plug and it would be fantastic to have that in a more accessible location for hooking up.

I've found some keystone jacks but it'd take 5 of them (i.e. a lot of space) to accommodate. I was wondering if anyone has seen a more functional option?

Radio Shack headphone jacks? and panel mount USB cables? and a Bay cover. do it old school, and build it yourself Very Happy

Yep I've already got some things ordered for a DIY, i just wasn't sure if some one had already created a solution for it.
