This PDXLAN we have come up with a contest very unique, and that involves everyone. In fact, ANYONE in the room can win some video cards! Taking from the awesome show The Amazing Race on CBS, we have developed an adaptation that will work for the LAN. Here is how it will work:Tables elect 2 people from their 24 to run the Amazing Race. These two people will be put to mental and lightly physical challenges. In addition, there will be U-turns and other devious detours. After each leg of the race, 2 teams will be eliminated. The next leg starts with the teams in the order they checked in. This continues until the final round in which there can only be one winner. Prizes:- The 2 people who win the race will win a video card each.- 3 RANDOM people from the table of winners will receive a video card- 19 people will win some other stuff.
