PDXLAN isn't just a LAN Party, it's a community of 500 gamers coming together for a weekend of good times, laughter, and hardwork. PDXLAN 14 could not have been such a success without all of its sponsors, attendeees, staff, and especially its volunteers that helped set up the power and network on Thursday. PDXLAN staff, as always you amazed me with your dedication to making sure what was needed done, got done. We had no power outages that were due to impropper setup, we had no LAN network issues, and we got the Comcast Internet connection load balanced into a fat 300MB pipe that crippled Eastern Portland.
These events are a ton of work - but with the sponsors, attendees, staff and volunteers all doing what they can to help, its what makes them so special. Great LAN everyone. Hope to see you at PDXLAN 14.5 in November or PDXLAN 15 in January!
