The events Power Management is planned in advance and strictly enforced. 600W is the max allowed powersuppy. This is enough power for your computer & monitor. But it IS NOT enough for extra equipment. For example: No Powered Speakers, External Fans, Air Conditioners, Heaters, Televisions, Microwaves, Refrigerators, Lava Lamps, VCR's, Shop Vac's, or Tanning beds etc. If we find them, we will confiscate them. In addition, we ask that you limit your external devices to no more than 2 items (External hard drives, phones, etc)

Please note that most systems really do not require more than 550 Watts. If you ever want a demo of this at a PDXLAN, we can set up a 15 min presentation on this for the attendees. You will be surprised at what you learn.
